چکیده
The respiratory system is one of the most affected targets SARS-CoV-2. Various therapies have been utilized to counter viral-induced inflammatory complications, with diverse success rates. Pending distribution an effective vaccine whole population and achievement “herd immunity”, discovery novel specific be considered a very important objective. Here, we report computational study demonstrating existence target motifs in SARS-CoV-2 genome suitable for binding endogenous human micro long non-coding RNAs (miRNAs lncRNAs, respectively), which can, therefore, conceptual background development miRNA-based drugs against COVID-19. contains three 5?UTR leader sequence recognized by selective nucleotides within seed miRNAs. 57 microRNAs contained “GGG” motif that promoted sequence-recognition, primarily through offset-6mer sites able promote noncanonical viral RNA. Similarly, lncRNA H19 binds and, more specifically, transcript gene Spike, has pivotal role infection. Notably, some identified our as candidates inhibiting expression already proposed infections, pulmonary arterial hypertension, related diseases.

Primate-specific Long Non-coding RNAs and MicroRNAs
Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) are critical regulators of gene expression in essentially all life forms. Long ncRNAs (lncRNAs) and microRNAs (miRNAs) are two important RNA classes possessing regulatory functions. Up to date, many primate-specific ncRNAs have been identified and investigated. Their expression specificity to primate lineage suggests primate-specific roles. It is thus critical to elucid...

Background: Ovarian cancer is the most fatal tumor of female's reproductive system, and several genetics and environmental factors are involved in its development. Various studies have already identified suitable biomarkers to facilitate the early detection, prognosis evaluation, and the assessment of treatment response. However, the aim of this review was to investigate the role of long non-co...
متن کاملLong non-coding RNAs and their significance in human diseases
Protein-coding genes account for only a small fraction of the human genome and most of the genomic sequences are transcriptionally silent, but recent observations indicate significant functional elements, including non-coding protein transcripts in the human genome. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been defined as transcripts of >200 nucleotides without protein-coding capacity that perform t...

Background and Objective:Gastric Cancer (GC) is one of the deadliest cancers in the world. Recently, LINC00961, TPT1-AS1, and SAMMSON Long non-coding RNA (lncRNAs)have been discovered, which significantly contribute to the occurrence of various cancers. This study aimed to determine the expression levels of these genes in GC tissues, compared to healthy adjacent tissues, and the relationship of...
